Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the high-quality fabrics used and the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer our customers the right to exchange the size of the same product one time only. To be eligible for a size exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes or other odors), altered, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as they are considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item for a size exchange.

If you would like to request a size exchange, please follow the instructions below:

Size Exchange Process

1. Contact info@beydauzal.com within 5 days of receiving the product and provide a clear statement requesting the size exchange along with your order number.
2. Ensure the item is in original condition and securely pack it in the original packaging.
3. Once your request is received, we will send an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your request. You will receive further instructions regarding the exchange process at that time.
4. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will ship the new size to the address from your original order.

Important Notes

• Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same product model and only one time.
• If any signs of wear, odors (such as sweat, perfume, or cigarette smell), or alterations that affect the usability of the product are detected, the item will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer. In such cases, the customer agrees to cover all return shipping costs.
• The size exchange process can only be done once, and returns are not accepted.

EXCHANGES
Please note that exchanges are only possible for a different size within the same model one time only. To check product availability, contact info@beydauzal.com. If the item is in stock, we will hold it for you. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new size to the address from your original order.
