Cargo Procedure
If your order is in our central warehouse, your orders placed until 14:00 will be shipped within the same day.
You can easily track the location of your cargo by clicking on “WHERE IS MY CARGO” on our website for the cargo process.
For all your purchases from ***.com.tr online store, the cargo fee for purchases of 100 TL and above is paid by ***.com.tr.
Return Conditions
You can make a return within 14 days and an exchange within 30 days from the date your cargo reaches you.
Products that have been damaged, used, unboxed, missing warranty documents and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is any problem with the product when your order reaches you, you must notify the situation to info@***.com.tr on the same day. Our customer representatives will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the issue.
You can send the return and exchange transactions to the cargo company we have an agreement with as “Counter-Payment”. For “Counter-Payment” shipments sent by a company other than the contracted cargo company, the shipping fee is paid by you.

Your return transactions will be reflected to you within 10 days depending on your bank. *** cannot intervene in this process.

For returns and exchanges, you must fill out the "RETURN SECTION" section on the back of this invoice completely, sign it and send the original to us.
