SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
We offer free worldwide express shipping and a one-time size exchange service through DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that delivery to rural areas may take longer. Service Provider cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by circumstances beyond its control.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees may vary depending on the customs and tax regulations of the buyer's country. FAILED DELIVERY
If an order cannot be delivered due to the customer being unavailable at the delivery address or for any other reason, and the product is returned to the Service Provider, a refund will be issued to the customer after deducting shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, bank commissions, and similar charges. We strongly recommend that you ensure the accuracy of your address and delivery details and carefully review your order before shipment.
